The Cambria County Industrial Development Corporation (CCIDC) and the Cambria County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) are two closely-related organizations whose purposes are to promote economic growth in Cambria County. The IDC is the operating arm of the authority with which it contracts for services. The Authority itself is a legal entity which serves as a vehicle to assist with project financing. The CCIDC and the CCIDA have assumed two basic responsibilities -- the C ambria County Industrial Parks and the Industrial Development Authority Refunding Revenue/Bond Issues.
