One of these loans is the Enterprise Venture Capital (EVC). This loan is geared for small businesses to be used for working capital and fixed assets. This loan ranges anywhere from $5,000 to $100,000. The Enterprise Development Loan Program (EZP) is eligible to any non-residential economic development project to be undertaken in the city of Johnstown. This loan can be up to 25 percent of the total project cost.

The Jobs Development Loan Program (JDL) is geared for small businesses with project budgets greater than $100,000. In order to receive this loan, the project must be located within the city of Johnstown and can be used for machinery and equipment, inventory or working capital.

Machinery and Equipment Loans can be obtained in amounts up to $500,000 or 50 percent of the projected cost. These loans can be used for manufacturing, industrial, agricultural and mining businesses.
