Target Manufacturing, industrial, agricultural enterprises, research and development, advanced technology and business service firms All Businesses

Uses Instructional costs, supplies, consumable materials, contracted services, and relevant travel costs for instructors The cost of customized training and 50% wage sucsidy during training period

Apply Through Pennsylvania Dept. of Commerce Service Delivery Areas (SDAs)

Amounts Grants up to 100% of the eligible costs for new job creation; up to 70% of the costs for job retention; up to 25% of the eligible costs for upgrade training 50% wage subsidy during training

Conditions Training should not exceed six months All trainees must be economically disadvantaged
