PEDFA

The Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority (PEDFA) provides capital to businesses.

Other than certain residential projects, any business is able to apply with PEDFA. The terms and conditions are dependent upon the business sector, size and projected growth.

The organization is able to finance these projects through the sale of both taxable and non-taxable bonds to investors. There are minimum and maximum sizes for these loans. Cambria County Industrial Development Authority has experience in obtaining this financing, and can assist your business with the necessary paperwork.
